Returns
Due to the personalized and surprise nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on:
- charm preference
- color preference
- surprise selection outcome
- packaging variations
- aesthetic expectations
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- missing major components
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To request support, please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a brief description
Approved cases may qualify for:
- replacement parts
- partial refund
- full refund
- store credit
depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- opened or used accessories
- customized selection orders
- minor handmade variations
- normal wear and tear
- sizing issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
